The composition of this blend is Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Merlot and Shyraz.

Tasting Notes

Intense deep red color, with a violet tone and a marked shine.

The aromas show great complexity, notes of red fruits, raspberries, blackberries and plums, tobacco notes, cedar and rosemary, soft and somewhat smoky, with light notes of wood, very well incorporated.

The notes on the nose are repeated on the palate, tannic and rounded with a long, persistent, fresh and elegant finish.

Elegant mouth and powerful structure, balanced acidity and somewhat sweet tannins provide big volume in mouth.

How to drink it and pairing it

This fresh wine pairs well with lean meats, white meats, pastas, and stews, some mild baked or grilled fish are great additions.
