“Weichafe” in Mapudungun means “Warrior”. The warrior is an entrepreneur and rides guiding his peers, the objective is clear and does not require foreign advice to pursue his ideals. A true reflection of the constant struggle of small wine entrepreneurs to position themselves in the wine market.
The grapes are harvested at night, by machine, due to the climatic conditions of the valley, they are harvested with a temperature below 8ºC, which prevents the oxidation of the must while waiting for pressing.
The color is light straw, bright and beautiful. On the nose aromas of quince, almonds and red apple appear, not tropical aromas, rather Mediterranean.
On the palate, citrus notes acquire body with abundant mineral notes. Powerful acidity imparts excellent structure and depth. Young, vibrant and fruity wine.
Consume it between 10ºC to 12ºC, with seafood, ceviche, cooked fish and shellfish, as an aperitif or simply to enjoy it in the company of friends, loves, family and the tribe.
