Roberto’s career has steps through renowned vineyards, starting with the Martino Vineyard, where he made his first approach to the wine industry, true to his style his idea was to start working in the winery, like any worker.
Steps through Stonestreet Winery in Sonoma, California, Viñedos Errazuriz Ovalle, in Marichigue, Viña Concha y Toro, in Puente Alto allowed him to acquire the necessary experience to take a leap into greater challenges.
This challenge was presented at the time of assuming the technical direction of the William Cole Vineyard in Casablanca, which served as a window to show his true capabilities of the demanding Chilean wine industry.
After a stint in the bulk wine industry, working for Empresas Lourdes, in 2013 he created Curauma Wines … his home and realizing the dream of independence, widely desired from his first approach to the industry.
